It is with regret that the Board has decided, this morning, in the interests of the health of club Members , that due to COVID 19 updates, we will postpone the SORT 1/2 Marathon. This was due to take place on the 5th April 20. A new date will be agreed.

Thank you to all the Members , who actively committed to this event. We ask for your support, including the sponsors, for the new date to be confirmed.

The Directors regret this action and trust that you understand that your well being is our first consideration.

The Bowlswear Roadshow will be visiting the club on Friday 22nd November,  6th February and 17th March 2020

from 10.30am

They have an extensive range of clothing, shoes and bowling equipment.

So if you are in need of anything or just want to treat yourself make sure you put the date in your diary.

Although the start of this years draw has passed, you can still join at a pro rata rate

Although the draw is called The Hundred Club we sold nearly 200 shares, hopefully this year we can sell even more and make the prize fund even bigger. The way it works is that half of the proceeds goes to the Club and the other half goes out in monthly prize money.

For every 100 shares sold at £ 30.00 per share per year,

£147.00 per month will be paid out in prize money in three prizes.

So it really is a case of the more the merrier!!

The draw is drawn at the beginning of every month so please hurry so that you can be included.

If you are interested, Reception has some further information and also the relevant form should you wish to join. There is no limit to the number of shares each member may hold.
